Delete your EthnoLingo account

1. Open EthnoLingo and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete My Account to confirm.

Email hello@learnibom.com with the subject “Delete my EthnoLingo account”. Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we know the request comes from you. If you can't, tell us the name on the account and we'll check it with you first. We'll confirm by email once your account is deleted, within 30 days at most.

Your account is deactivated straight away. You'll disappear from the leaderboard and stop getting notifications. If you change your mind, sign back in within 30 days and everything is restored.

After 30 days, we permanently delete:

• your name, email address and password
• your avatar
• the IP addresses we recorded when you signed up and signed in
• your push notification tokens
• your two-step sign-in details

We keep your learning history (completed lessons, XP and practice results) without any of the details above, so nobody can link it to you. We delete pronunciation scores after 180 days and never store the recordings themselves. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
